We stayed here for 10 nights having travelled for the F1. This hotel is definitely more suited to families and not somewhere for couples or Western business travellers. It’s a lovely hotel but certainly not 5 stars and definitely not luxury. The hotel is missing a level of seamless refinement and class that is found in real 5 star luxury hotels. This hotel is no Dorchester, Four season, or Mandarin Oriental both in terms of its levels of service, attention to detail, finish and general ambience. The staff try really hard but the hotel just doesn’t have that je ne sais quoi or air of sophistication. The good. This hotel is a child’s paradise with birds and animals, a water park, an arcade and even a small train giving rides in this small resort. There’s an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. Cheap looking Disney characters wandering around the hotel and greeting everyone at breakfast. Kids will love it here, there’s a lot for them to do. The room- it’s more of an apartment, spacious, modern, nicely decorated. It has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, dining area, lounge, large bedroom. The hotel is clean. Good selection at breakfast, something for everyone. There’s a very well equipped gym ( although hand sanitizer is needed in there for obvious reasons), and several restaurants on site offering a range of foods. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Just ask and you’ll receive. The spa is to die for, with amazing treatments from expert therapists - the only part of the hotel that would get 5 stars from me. The not so good. As adults traveling without children it was a nightmare. The hotel was extremely noisy, with crying children everywhere all day, at breakfast in the restaurants at dinner - everywhere. We were unable to have a peaceful meal at any of the restaurants. There is a small indoor pool but we never got to use it at all as the children were in from morning to night with no times reserved for adults only. The private beach is tiny and not suitable for swimming, the sand is extremely coarse and could easily be ground rubble from the building site. There was no beachside service so you had to get up and go in to the restaurant to order any drinks or food that you wanted to consume whilst sitting in the sun- this for sure did not scream luxury to me. The plastic sun loungers were far from luxurious either. The Location -The hotel itself is located in the middle of nowhere surrounded by 9 derelict unfinished towers overlooking you from every direction. It felt like we were in the middle of a war zone. In the rooms- Only one pair of poor quality (Thin) bath towels were provided, no face cloths and only one single hand towel to share. Aside from shower gel, shampoo/ conditioner and cream there was nothing else that you would usually find as complimentary in 5 star hotels like shower caps, Cotton wool, Qtips or shaving kits etc There was nowhere to put your toothbrush in the bathroom, No shaving mirror, There were no bathrobes or slippers although strangely we received a pair of slippers on the last of our 10 days! Although the room was clean and cleaned very well each day, maintenance within the room was poor, with poor attention to detail. You could see repairs that had taken place which looked liked they had been carried out by cowboy builders and repairs that were needed. Grouting in the bathroom was untidy, sealant around the shower was mouldy and the painting was shoddy, just whipped on. The craftsmanship Looked more like DIY than luxury hotel. Having to climb in and out of the bath to have a shower was not ideal either and quite dangerous without a hand rail. In the bedroom there was only one bedside lamp on one side of the bed and one single socket which the lamp was plugged into. This meant we had to choose between charging one of our phones and bedside lighting as there were no other sockets in the bedroom. The single bedside lamp also meant we couldn’t read in bed if we wanted to. The bedhead in our room was disgusting and far from luxurious. Damaged and torn, when you should feel like you’re the first person to sleep in the room you know you are definitely not. Maintenance should be repairing or replacing these things. As the customer you shouldn’t have to think about who slept in the room before you. There should be no sign of others! Not the mark of a 5star hotel! There were no stationary or writing materials in the room by the bed either- another touch found in 5 star hotels! The room was dark and poorly lit. In the additional bathroom there were signs of damp and mould that shouldn’t be visible. In the living room poorly finished paint work and dangerously loose sockets were also on display. All easily fixable, every poorly maintained small detail adding up to give an overall impression of neglect rather than luxury at least not luxury to the western eye. At breakfast, although breakfast was plentiful it was a buffet and there was no option to have table service and order a breakfast. In fact none of the restaurants would be classified as fine dining. We tried all restaurants on the site and the pizza one was the best. One night we dined at the Indian restaurant and I had to call the manager as my lamb shank was freezing cold in the middle and was a) obviously not freshly cooked and b) not checked to make sure it was thoroughly reheated. Needless to say it completely put me off. All in all not a great experience. My final gripe is about my personal feeling towards the hotel which was not the hotel’s fault but something the traveler should be aware of. When we arrived there was only one other western family at the hotel in western attire. You may like me, be very conscious of what you are wearing and won’t want to show your legs or arms even on the beach. I hardly wore any of my clothes. Don’t bother bringing your swim wear either unless it’s a burkini, as you won’t get to wear it. Choose a chain hotel for a more comfortable experience. All in all it was a pleasant stay but it was not 5 star and was not luxurious and I left feeling disappointed as it did not meet my expectations of 5 star. . I wouldn’t return to this hotel. We held our Company's Ghabga here and it was the best decision. The Ambiance is very pleasant and you wanna stay longer and just relax and eat and enjoy the night. Zahi and Maria makes our reservation very smooth. They really make sure that all our requests and requirements are met. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a restaurant to dine in. 👍🏆 One of a kind 🥰🥰.

The room was vast and came with a great balcony. The Staff were amazingly helpful and cordial. The Management really puts focus on cleanliness and keeps the place fit for family entertainment. The Pirate Water part was amazing. My daughter enjoyed the place so much. The facility had peacocks and flaminoges, a pond of Koi fishes. All well take care of. Plenty of staff on call. I would like to thank the staff for their support and hospitality.

i liked the theme of the hotel its very family friendly, it was so relaxing. i got a day pass for the ladies pool and beach it was amazing and clean the beach could use more clean up because it was a bit rocky the beach bathroom was amazing but the lights sensers kept turning off when im inside 💀💀. the pool on the other side was amazing but the bathroom didn’t have an AC or a hair dryer unlike the beach bathroom.on the bright side what i liked the most was the birds when i first entered at the lobby they were lovely and i had a chat with the birds care taker about birds as a bird owner myself he was very friendly to teach me about them and hold them. definitely worth to come back again
